This Policy covers the public website, official download pages, Patreon and DFG access interactions, activation/redeem interfaces and support communications.

Patreon manages its own accounts, membership pages, checkout, billing and platform environment. Information made available through the applicable Patreon flow may be used to confirm access, provide benefits and support a membership-related request.

5. DFG

DFG manages its marketplace, accounts, orders, payment environment, tickets and dispute procedures. Order information made available through the applicable DFG process may be used to deliver access and support an order-related request.

6. Activation and redeem

Access may use Patreon authorization or a manual activation code. Information entered in the activation/redeem interface may be used to validate the product and provide or manage access.

Keep access codes and account credentials private. Contact support if an activation request is incorrect or no longer needed.

When you contact support, we may use the information in your message, together with relevant product, purchase-channel or delivery information, to respond and investigate the request.

Do not send passwords, complete card details, authentication cookies or unrelated sensitive information.
